Hello! That’s me in the blue hat. I’m a corporate copywriter, travel writer, and magazine editor.

I was the winner of the 2023 WriteMentor Novel-in-Development Award and longlisted for the Cheshire Novel Kids Prize in 2024. I’m now revising a middle grade contemporary adventure under the mentorship of children’s author Lindsay Galvin.

Since leaving home over twenty years ago, I’ve lived and worked in Albania, Georgia, Spain, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. No surprises then that I love writing which explores geographical identity, home, motherland, exile, alienation, outsiders, and language.
